Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 11, 2026
Welcome to LuckyByte Co. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LuckyByte Co. website and its content, forms, resources, and related online features. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
1. About LuckyByte Co.
LuckyByte Co. (“LuckyByte,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides business consulting and related professional services, which may include:
Marketing and revenue strategy
AI strategy and consulting
Workflow and process improvement
Automation and AI implementation
AI literacy and adoption services
Human-first AIgentic Transformation
Ongoing optimization, maintenance, and strategic support
Specific services, responsibilities, fees, timelines, deliverables, and other engagement terms are established separately between LuckyByte and each client. Information on this website is intended to describe our general approach and capabilities and does not guarantee that any particular service will be appropriate or available for your company.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree not to use the website in any manner that:
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Infringes the rights of LuckyByte or another person or organization
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, accounts, or data
Introduces malicious software, harmful code, or other disruptive technologies
Interferes with the operation or security of the website
Uses automated methods to improperly scrape, copy, extract, or reproduce website content
Misrepresents your identity, company, authority, or intentions
Attempts to misuse our forms, scheduling systems, or other resources
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect LuckyByte, our users, clients, systems, or rights.
3. Qualification to Work With LuckyByte
LuckyByte is a selective strategic practice. Submitting a qualification application, contact form, inquiry, or other information through this website does not guarantee acceptance as a client. Our current services are primarily designed for established companies, and certain engagements may require minimum qualifications such as:
Established business operations
Participation by an owner, CEO, or authorized decision-maker
A meaningful growth, marketing, operational, or capacity challenge
A willingness and organizational ability to implement recommended changes
Meeting these criteria does not guarantee that LuckyByte will accept an engagement. We reserve the right to determine whether a potential engagement is appropriate for both parties.
4. Applications and Clarity Calls
If your company meets our initial qualification criteria, you may be provided access to schedule a Clarity Call or another introductory meeting. A Clarity Call is intended to explore your company's situation and determine whether there may be an appropriate fit. A Clarity Call does not create a client relationship.
No consulting, advisory, fiduciary, agency, partnership, joint venture, or other professional relationship is created merely because you:
Participate in an introductory conversation.
A formal client relationship begins only when the parties enter into an applicable written agreement.
5. Appointment Policy
LuckyByte deliberately limits appointment availability. When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time specifically for you and your company. We ask that you select your appointment carefully and make reasonable efforts to attend at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible.
Repeated cancellations, last-minute cancellations, or missed appointments without reasonable notice may result in LuckyByte declining to offer another appointment. Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee acceptance as a client
6. No Guarantee of Results
LuckyByte's work is designed to help businesses identify opportunities, improve strategy, increase operational capacity, implement better systems, and make more effective use of marketing, automation, and artificial intelligence. However:
Business Results Cannot Be Guaranteed.
Results depend on many factors outside LuckyByte's control, including a client's market, leadership, employees, implementation, financial condition, customers, competitors, technology, data quality, economic conditions, and other circumstances. Any case studies, examples, testimonials, process improvements, revenue discussions, efficiency gains, or other results presented on this website are provided for illustrative purposes. Past results do not guarantee future results. Your company's results may differ materially.
7. Case Studies and Performance Examples
LuckyByte may occasionally describe examples of client improvements, workflow efficiencies, time savings, operational improvements, or other business outcomes. For example, a particular process may have been reduced from several hours to a substantially shorter period following process redesign and implementation. These examples describe specific circumstances. They should not be interpreted as a promise that another company will achieve the same or similar outcome. Results depend on the individual company, workflow, systems, implementation, people, data, market, and other relevant factors.
8. AI and Automated Technologies
LuckyByte may recommend, design, implement, integrate, or support artificial intelligence, automation, or agentic technologies where appropriate. AI systems have limitations. Among other things, AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable for a particular purpose. AI should not automatically replace appropriate human judgment.
Clients remain responsible for determining appropriate levels of review, approval, supervision, compliance, and human oversight within their organizations unless otherwise expressly established in a written agreement. LuckyByte's approach to AIgentic Transformation is human-first. Where intelligent systems are given the ability to take actions, we generally seek to establish appropriate objectives, boundaries, policies, permissions, escalation procedures, and human oversight based on the particular use case.
Intelligence may be delegated. Accountability remains human.
9. Client Responsibility
Successful consulting and implementation require active client participation. Clients may be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, appropriate access to systems and personnel, internal approvals, feedback, decisions, implementation cooperation, and other resources reasonably necessary for an engagement. Delays, inaccurate information, unavailable personnel, failure to implement, changes in scope, or other circumstances outside LuckyByte's control may affect timelines and results. Specific responsibilities will be governed by the applicable client agreement.
10. No Legal, Tax, Financial, or Other Regulated Professional Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, information provided through this website is for general business and informational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, cybersecurity, regulatory, employment, or other licensed professional advice. You should consult appropriately qualified professionals regarding matters requiring specialized or regulated professional advice.
11. Third-Party Software and Services
LuckyByte may discuss, recommend, integrate, or work with third-party platforms, software, AI models, APIs, CRM systems, automation tools, hosting providers, or other technologies. Third-party products and services are controlled by their respective providers. Their availability, pricing, functionality, security, policies, performance, and terms may change without notice. LuckyByte is not responsible for third-party products or services except to the extent expressly stated in a separate written client agreement. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the provider's own terms, privacy policies, licenses, and other agreements.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including text, branding, graphics, designs, frameworks, methodologies, logos, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to LuckyByte and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This may include proprietary LuckyByte concepts and methodologies such as the:
Revenue Multiplier Method™
and other LuckyByte frameworks, systems, materials, and intellectual property. Access to this website does not grant you ownership of or unrestricted rights to use LuckyByte intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected LuckyByte materials without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.
13. Client Intellectual Property
Please use reasonable care when submitting confidential, proprietary, personal, or sensitive business information through public website forms or ordinary email. Submitting information through a website form does not automatically create a confidential advisory or client relationship. Once a formal engagement begins, confidentiality obligations will be governed by the applicable written agreement and other relevant legal obligations.
14. Confidential Information
Intellectual-property rights related to materials created specifically during a paid client engagement will be governed by the applicable written agreement between LuckyByte and the client. Nothing in these website Terms changes or replaces the intellectual-property provisions of a separate client agreement.
Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you interact with LuckyByte.
16. Email, Phone, and Electronic Communications
When you provide contact information to LuckyByte, you authorize us to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you regarding your application, appointments, services, or business relationship as permitted by applicable law. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications. Additional terms and consent requirements may apply if LuckyByte uses SMS or automated communications.
17. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to websites, applications, resources, or services operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience or informational purposes. LuckyByte does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your discretion and subject to their applicable terms.
18. Website Availability and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful and accurate website information. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or completely current. Information, services, qualifications, availability, and website content may be changed or updated without notice.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. LuckyByte disclaims warranties regarding the website to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuckyByte and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—this website. This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Any limitations relating to paid professional services will be governed by the applicable written client agreement. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
22. Changes to These Terms
LuckyByte may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our website, business practices, services, technology, or legal requirements. When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
24. Entire Website Terms
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the terms governing use of this website. If you become a LuckyByte client, your separate written client agreement will govern the professional engagement. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed client agreement concerning paid services, the signed client agreement will control with respect to those services.
25. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified by LuckyByte in its final published Terms, without regard to applicable conflict-of-law principles.
Important: Before Publication
This provision should be completed with LuckyByte's attorney based on the company's legal entity, principal place of business, and preferred dispute venue before publication.
